What is Leader Effectiveness Training?

Helping Skills. Listening and problem solving skills that allow the participant to help other people solve problems.
Confrontation Skills. Language, communication and problem solving skills that help the participant ex- press their own problems and gain cooperation from others to solve them.
Problem Prevention Skills. Self-disclosure skills that prevent relationship problems and increase productive work time.
Conflict Resolution Skills. Tools to help the participant achieve win/win solutions when they are in conflict with others. (Also to facilitate the resolution of conflict among others when appropriate).

Stop the Bleed
First aid kits are for boo boos and small burns. They are of no use to treat significant blood loss. You need trauma kits with your AEDs. Recently tourniquets have been reembraced for their lifesaving potential. STB is a vital skill to teach employees because in a mass homicide, injuries resulting in hemorrhage are common. People with these injuries often have to barricade for extended periods of time until the scene is safe and EMS can begin to treat patients. Since it can take only three minutes for a person to bleed out, you must be prepared to treat the injured as you wait for EMS.
- Four hour course
- $500 up to 16 participants. (In person only)

NOTE FOR HOSTING FACILITIES
*For leadership workshops greater than four hours: We believe that adult learning happens best when basic human needs are met. We believe that a space conducive to learning, refreshments, lunches together (when applicable), and 100% interaction (being heard and understood) are vital for capturing and keeping attention and participation throughout a training session or workshop. Warrior Leadership can provide a venue and the aforementioned food and beverage at an additional cost and a surcharge will be added. If host provided, no additional consideration is necessary.
