Our name pays tribute to Native American Chiefs Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull, who were known for their effective leadership and communication skills. They handled conflicts wisely, understanding that listening is crucial for resolution. Warrior Leadership LLC offers various training courses and workshops to help individuals confront others without damaging relationships and ease fears of defensiveness. We provide an easy to follow roadmap for handling confrontation that makes conflict less scary.

TRAINER JEFF HEROLD BIO

Jeff Herold, founder of Warrior Leadership, started his professional career on active duty Army as a Military Police Working Dog Handler. After leaving five years of active duty Army service, he enlisted in the Air Force (Reserve) to continue his military career while simultaneously embarking on a career in civilian law enforcement.
In his civilian career, Detective Jeff Herold, spent seven years as a patrol officer and eleven years as a Crime Scene Investigator. He held numerous certifications such as Certified Latent Print Examiner, Field Training Officer, Crime Scene Technician, Identification Technician, and General Instructor. He had the privilege of teaching forensic related training to law enforcement officers from across the State of Georgia at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center as well as new officers in the New Officer Basic Course (NOBC) at his home agency. Jeff retired from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department after 18 years.
In the Air Force Reserve, Jeff was promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, a rank attained by only the top 1% of the force. He had the honor of deploying overseas and spending time mobilized in support of Operations Secure Tomorrow, as well as Iraqi/Enduring Freedom. He served in various leadership roles from first line supervisor, all the way up to superintendent of a super squadron of 200 members, and lastly as Functional Area Manager for the Air Transportation Career Field at the Air Force Reserve Command Headquarters at Robins AFB, Georgia. Jeff retired from reserve military service in 2018.
Most recently, Jeff worked for eight years at a federal forensic laboratory serving in an operations capacity. He spent seven of his eight years teaching leadership and professional development to scientists and staff while performing change management initiatives. Jeff earned his Bachelors of Science in Management from National Louis University and Masters certificate from the University of Florida.
Jeff is committed to active service in his community. As a continuation from his law enforcement career, he volunteers his time teaching Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events and Stop the Bleed training courses. He has delivered life-saving skills to more than 4,000 members across the state and in his community.

TRAINER MIKE OGLE BIO

MEET MIKE OGLE, WARRIOR LEADERSHIP OWNER / TRAINER
Mike Ogle served 23 years in the U.S. Army as an active-duty Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician. In his military career, he served four combat tours of duty supporting Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn (Afghanistan). He served in a myriad of leadership roles from team and squad leader to platoon sergeant. Because of his exceptional communication and technical skills, he was hand selected for a three-year instructor position at the NAVSCOLEOD which is the joint services EOD Training Facility at Eglin AFB, FL. Mike trained technicians from all branches of service and achieved the position of Senior Instructor. Mike retired at the rank of First Sergeant overseeing a company of 75 soldiers.
Realizing his passion for training, Mike deployed to the Middle East as a Civilian serving as a contracted instructor to the Afghan and Iraq police. He provided lifesaving instruction on Counter (Improvised Explosive Device) IED techniques to more than 5000 Foreign National Law Enforcement Officers.
Most recently, Mike worked for six years at a federal forensic laboratory serving in an operations capacity. He spent five of his six years teaching leadership and professional development to scientists and staff.
Committed to public service, Mike provides Stop the Bleed/Disaster Response Training in the community and officiates middle and high school football for the Georgia High School Athletic Association.
Mike has been married to his beautiful wife Mindy for 31 years. They have been blessed with three children and four grandchildren that he takes pride in being an influential part of their lives.
